6-Month Private Coaching Container
This is a focused, high-impact coaching experience designed for the woman who wants clarity, breakthrough, and strategic guidance — without committing to a full program.
Over the course of 6 months, you’ll receive six private 1:1 coaching sessions where we address the hidden patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics that may be keeping you stuck in cycles that no longer serve you.
This container is ideal if you want targeted support and personalized insight while still implementing the work independently between sessions.
During our time together, we may focus on:
Identifying hidden relationship patterns that keep attracting the wrong dynamics
Strengthening discernment and emotional intelligence in dating
Rewiring beliefs around love, worthiness, and partnership
Create new relationship patterns
Aligning your standards, values, and relationship vision
Developing practical strategies for dating with clarity and confidence
This is not a full curriculum-based program. There are no modules, group calls, or additional materials included.
Instead, this is pure coaching — direct access to guidance, insight, and strategy during our six sessions together.
If you’re someone who is self-led, reflective, and ready to implement, this container provides the space for meaningful breakthroughs without the structure of a full program.

Duration: 6 months
Includes: 6 private coaching sessions
No refunds will be provided once the first session has been completed; instead, we can always reschedule at a later date that is more convenient for you.
Refunds will be provided, minus processing fees, if requested 72 hours before the first session.
Refunds that are requested less than 72 hours before the first session will be given at 50%.
I reserve the right to detach from a client as their coach at any time if it is in the best interest of both the client and I.
Reasons include client hostility, an unreasonable refusal to do the necessary work, an unwillingness to be coached, and any other behaviours that signal that working together would not be beneficial for either the client or I. In the very rare event that this takes place, I will provide a notice of detachment to said client and refund any monies (minus processing fees) for any remaining sessions, if any.
I strive for the best outcome for all my clients and guarantee that I will give my all to help them get there. However, the best outcome depends on the client's willingness to participate and do the necessary work to achieve it. Due to these circumstances, I cannot make a broad guarantee to a general or specific goal.
